The Great Escape Room is a growing company and we are opening a new location in Pigeon Forge! We are in need of an energetic team with great customer service skills who has in interest in entertainment and Game Rooms. The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Manager position will spearhead this team. Must be available to work Weekends and Evenings.

The Customer Service Manager is responsible for the general oversight of employees and administrative duties for their location.
Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
-Greeting and orienting guests
-Cleaning and completing janitorial duties
-Monitoring guests while inside the escape rooms and ensuring a quality guest experience
-Taking pictures
